Description:1.Provide directly 24*7 supports to production. Typical duties,
2.Troubleshooting factory client stations issues in Microsoft AD domain environment.
3.Process users’ requests with Oracle PL/SQL.
4.Perform daily monitoring duty job to ensure IT systems & database running smoothly.
5.The monitor will cover Oracle database, IBM AIX, Sun Solaris, Middleware servers (like HP Blade/rack mount servers, Dell rack mount servers), APC UPS, etc. Coordinate with professional engineers to solve issues.
Qualifications:
1.Typically requires in Computer Science or related field and 3+ years of related experience
2.Working knowledge with SQL, Microsoft server/client system, Linux and network
3.Good English written and oral English skill, good communication skill.
4.Quick learner and good team player.
5.Ability to work effectively in individual or team environments
6.Able to work as shift team
